  • We highly recommend booking ahead because we can’t guarantee an opening spot for the walk in. Give us a call, send an e-mail, or book online. The earlier the better!

  • No problem at all. We offer a selection of clubs for golfers both men’s and women’s , as well as a limited number of left-handed clubs. This ensures that all our customers are fully equipped to enjoy their golfing experience.

  • We are fully equipped to accommodate both right-handed and left-handed players, even if you are playing together. Our simulators are designed to seamlessly handle both orientations. Additionally, we offer left-handed club rentals for your convenience on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Unfortunately, spiked golf shoes are not permitted. Our facility uses turf, which can be damaged by spikes. We recommend wearing non-spiked golf shoes or any other type of closed-toe shoes. Thank you for your understanding.

  • The actual room number will be based on group size, a first-come, first-served basis, and reception arrangements. You can call us after booking as early as possible to inform us of any special requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Yes! Our bar and kitchen are open. Come check out a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and delicious food.

  • You can have up to 6 players in a game.

  • LoungeX has different sizes of rooms, and some rooms can fit up to 10 people! Please check our “book now” which indicates the numbers of party each room is available or you may also give us a call for more details.

  • Yes, we do offer a club cleaning service. To take advantage of this service, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time for any booking, including simulator rentals or lessons, will result in a charge of a fixed deposit fee.

    We have implemented this cancellation policy to ensure fair treatment for all customers and to maintain the availability of our services. We kindly request that you provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking to avoid any applicable charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • We strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

    1. Cancellation Refunds: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.

    2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a charge of a fixed deposit fee, and the remaining balance may be refunded upon request.

    3. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

    4. Service Issues: If you experience any issues with our services or equipment, please inform our staff immediately. Refunds or rescheduling options will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    5. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • Lounge X maintains a pet-free policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. The only exception is for service animals that assist individuals with disabilities.
